Executive Chef Ty Cartwright a graduate of the world-renowned culiary art school Johnson Wales joins Mangez as an up and coming rising star in the industry after apprenticing at some of the nation's finest establishments.

He brings together classically trained techniques learned from the legends of cooking with his own blend of styles and tastes. Together this has created an unique global palate to create his cuisine.
