In 2001, the Martin family, entrepreneurs by trade, decided to tackle a different venture, one close to their hearts and stomach. They founded Mangez, a catering company inspired by their passion for fine dining and la bonne vie, the good life. With little experience to go on, the Martins assembled a talented team to orchestrate their daring dream. They assembled a team that was passionate about cooking and a team with gravitas.

Mangez Catering has quickly grown to a large catering operation with over 30 full and part-time employees, servicing North Texas’ premier venues as well as major corporate accounts and private clients.

Working from a state of the art 3200 sq. ft. professional kitchen Mangez produces more meals weekly than most restaurants.

Mangez offers a package and style no other catering company can replicate. Our culinary team brings the cuisines of the world to life for groups of 5 to 3,500+.
